Motivation
In my professional experience in the fields of culture, education, and research, I have come to recognise that applied activities are the most fulfilling. This realisation became particularly evident when I observed how ideas and efforts can be applied to a wide range of people. It became apparent that even minor yet significant actions can exert a substantial influence. Create Lithuania programme presented a valuable opportunity to apply my expertise in a collaborative environment with specialists from diverse backgrounds. It also offered the chance to expand my skill set in areas I had not previously explored.
