Motivation
The desire to create meaningful change and contribute to a greater purpose has always guided my life and career decisions. After spending over four years abroad, I realised it was the right time to return and apply my knowledge at home. My time and experiences abroad have broadened my worldview and sparked in me a deeper interest in public sector work. I am eager to apply this knowledge to contribute to the development of a thriving, inclusive, and open Lithuania.
The Create Lithuania programme brings together like-minded individuals and offers a unique opportunity to meaningfully contribute to positive change, effective public sector development, and the promotion of innovative, evidence-based solutions. I am delighted and proud to be part of this programme and community, as it inspires and empowers me to actively contribute to shaping the future of Lithuania and the nation.
