Motivation
I have always been passionate about making positive changes. To enable this, I first set out to develop a deep understanding of our core societal systems by studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Durham University. I have then spent the next four years as a management consultant in London nurturing the skills of defining and implementing changes needed in the private and public sectors.
During my time abroad, I followed Lithuanian news and felt extremely proud of the fast growth and bold positive changes the country was making. I could see it every time I visited the country too. I wished I could contribute to this positive trajectory and Create Lithuania felt like the perfect place to do that.
I am extremely excited to combine my theoretical knowledge and practical skills while working alongside many brilliant people. I hope we will form solutions which would enable Lithuania‘s public sector to support the growth and realize the potential of our nation.
