Motivation
I am a creator, researcher, manager of various processes, graduated in architecture and seeking to act socially.
I choose to create for Lithuania because I care and identify a specific area where my professional experience, different scales of projects and personal qualities would enable me to shape meaningful change. Having a strong desire to work creatively for the country, I choose to work in the public sector.
Five years of architectural studies have helped to develop a critical approach to the environment and the courage to tackle problems. In recent years, working as a project and production manager in the cultural sector and in architectural research, I have become more attentive to local and international practices in Lithuania as well as to the policy of reusing materials or waste. Seeing Lithuania’s ambitious desire for sustainability in the construction sector, and the problems that come along with it in practice, I want to look for alternative tools and a united strategy to implement the principles of circular design more successfully in the construction sector.
I really hope that this year in the team of Create Lithuania will allow me to grow and grow Lithuania with my abilities!
