- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations management, including team development, change implementation, and creating solutions with measurable impact on organizational performance (Amazon Logistics, USA).
- 5 years of international business development experience, shaping strategies, leading negotiations, and strengthening partnerships across the USA and Europe (3T, Lithuania & France)
- 11+ years of overall experience in operations, project, and process management within an international environment, supported by project management certifications (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PM360)
Motivation
The Create Lithuania programme represents an opportunity for me to channel my international experience and accumulated knowledge into meaningful change in Lithuania. Working in a global environment has taught me how to combine strategic thinking with practical execution, and I am eager to apply this expertise to strengthening Lithuania’s public sector. I am inspired by the chance to be part of an initiative that brings together diverse perspectives and ideas to develop solutions with real impact on society. I believe this programme can become not only a professional challenge, but also a space to create initiatives that genuinely contribute to social well-being, national progress, and the long-term strengthening of the state.
